In the context of keen awareness in environmental safety as well as economic benefits, development of catalytic reactions is an important area of research. Our approach is focused on the design and synthesis of well defined metal complexes, understanding their reactivity towards different chemical bonds and finally to apply them towards uncommon transformations to develop new synthetic methodologies.
